If the tracking information on your order shows that your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, please check the following.

Check with Household Members, Safe Place, and Neighbours

First, check with all other members of your household to ensure that no one has accepted the parcel and forgotten to tell you. If you've had your order delivered to your workplace, ensure that you check with any mail room staff, receptionists, and work colleagues who might've accepted the parcel on your behalf.


If none of your family members have accepted your parcel, check any "safe place" areas outside of your home, such as the gas meter cupboard, porch, etc, as the postman may have left your parcel there. Check any nooks and crannies that might be accessible to the postman.


Next, be sure to check with your closest neighbours. Whilst couriers like Royal Mail should leave a red "sorry we missed you" card when they deliver to a neighbour, this sometimes sadly gets forgotten by the postman. Please also note that during the COVID-19 pandemic, Royal Mail has hired a lot of new postmen to handle the increased workload. 


As a result, please make sure to check with your closest neighbours who wouldn't normally receive your deliveries, as it might have been left with one of them.

I've done all of the above and I still cannot locate my parcel.

We're sorry that you haven't been able to locate your order. Please contact our support via phone, email, or live chat and we'll do our best to help get the situation resolved as soon as possible. 


Once we've confirmed that you have looked with your neighbours and safe places, we will raise an investigation with the courier service to try to locate and redeliver your order as soon as possible. 


If the courier is unable to locate your parcel, we may have to arrange for a replacement order to be sent out.

Special Note Regarding "Safe Place"

Please note: As per our T&Cs when using a designated "safe place," we're unable to send out replacements for any parcels that show as delivered when safe place is used. Recipients take full responsibility for their parcel's safety when choosing to deliver to a designated safe place.
