Troubleshooting Issues with the Age Verification Page

If the Age Verification page is stuck loading or spinning, 

  1. New Browser Tab for Verification:
    When you click the VerifyMyAge button, a new browser tab will open for the verification process. The button on our page will display a spinning icon while waiting for you to complete the verification.

  2. Troubleshooting Tab Opening Issues:

    • If the new tab does not open, check if your browser is blocking pop-ups.
    • Look for a message or icon in your browser indicating a blocked tab, and follow the prompt to allow the new tab to open.
  3. Completion of Verification:
    After successfully completing the verification in the new tab, the spinning icon on our page will stop, and you’ll receive a success message.

  4. Enabling Camera Access:
    If you continue experiencing issues, it’s possible your browser has camera access disabled. Follow the steps below to enable camera access and complete the verification process.

Instructions for Apple users:


  • Open the link in the Safari browser to access the camera on your device.
    • Please note: the link will only work on Apple mobile devices using iOS 11 and above.
  • If the web page is freezing or crashed, please clear your browser history and cookies before trying again.
  • Update your web browser to the latest version.
  • Ensure your web browser has access to your device's camera.


Instructions for Android users:


  1. Allow Camera Access in Browser Settings:

    • Open your web browser (e.g., Chrome).
    • Go to Settings > Site Settings > Camera.
    • Ensure "Ask first before allowing sites to use your camera (recommended)" is enabled.
  2. Enable Camera Permission in Android Settings:

    • Open Android Settings.
    • Go to Apps > Chrome (or your preferred browser) > Permissions.
    • Ensure Camera access is turned On for your preferred browser.

Following these steps will allow websites to request camera access when needed.
