No Delivery Options Available for UK Address

If you live in the UK, have a UK address, and are getting a "No carriers available to your address" message, it could be that you have an old or corrupted cookie stored in your web browser. This can happen if you have an old cart containing products that have changed since your last visit, or if something else has changed since you added the products to your cart. 


To resolve this, the easiest way is to completely empty your cart. Once the cart is empty, you can re-add all products again, and this should resolve any shipping option problems. 


Alternatively, if you're a bit more tech savvy, you can delete the cookies for our website in your browser settings.


No Delivery Options Available for International Address (EU and Rest of the World)

On the 1st of January 2021, we had to temporarily suspend all shipping outside of the UK due to Brexit. While we have been able to ship to a select few countries since, this list is limited and we continue to search for new ways to reconnect with customers in other countries. Unfortunately, much of this is beyond our control.


There are several new obstacles that we need to tackle before we can start shipping to our customers in the EU. We're working hard to get our electronic customs declarations integrated with all carrier networks so that parcels will be easy to process at customs in the destination country. We're also implementing information about Brexit in our checkout to inform customers about the new rules and regulations. 

We apologise for any inconvenience and we are hoping to have more extensive international shipping available again sometime in the near future.
